How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking on our website in the calendar tab. It will take you to our events booking page. We use a secure Payment Gateway Paypal, PayPal can process credit card payments at checkout.


Do I need to book ahead?

Yep! Due to limited seats of 20, booking in advance is required. You can register on the website or contact Gen 0425 431 329 to reserve your spot


What Happens if Cancel Last Minute?

If you cancel your seat before 24hours before your scheduled booking this would be considered as a 'no show' booking and is non-refundable.  We understand that urgent things pop up so if you can't make due to it please contact us so that we can try to re-schedule. No refunds will be given if you don't show up for your event with no notice.


Do tickets cover Food & Drink?

Nope. You can buy your drinks and food at the bar, we give guests enough time to order food and drink before session session starts


What's Included in the Cost?

The cost includes 30cmx 40cm blank canvases, paints, brushes and aprons.


Can I Bring My Kids?

We run our workshops at a licensed bar not an ideal place for children. From time to time, we do run parent & child classes in various locations, speak to us about our next "Paint us Together" workshop


Is It B.Y.O?

Nope. The Belvedere is a licensed venue and offsite drinks and food is not permitted into the workshop.

 


If I can't go can I give my ticket to a Friend?

Yes of course, we will have your name registered at the door so just get them to use your name.


Do you offer private bookings?

Absolutely! If you want to host your party at the Belvedere we need at least 4 weeks notice to book out the venue. No additional costs is added, subject the pubs availability to run private events outside our scheduled workshop times.

We can also come to you at no additional cost, extra travel costs will apply to venues outside the Brisbane and North Brisbane Areas.


Can I choose a painting when I book?

Nope. We will be instructing on the featured painting, as noted on the calendar, however you do not have to follow what we are doing you can be as creative as you like! When you make a private booking you can choose your theme or get us to create one for you (additional charges apply)
